This class is taught by:

Kim Fuller

Kim finds her passion for yoga through the power of movement and the presence of mind. She completed her 200-hour Real Evolution Yoga teacher training in Costa Rica in November 2012, and has been excited to share the practice with others in these beautiful Colorado mountains. Kim is a freelance journalist, and finds inspiration for writing and teaching through love and nature, paired with the power of language and connection. Join her for a deep, heartfelt flow—breaking though blocks for new pathways to an authentic and empowered existence.

Krystyl Young

Krystyl grew up skiing and camping in the northeast. In 2004, her love and curiosity of what Colorado could offer her brought her out 'for a season'. So far, that season had lasted 12 years and she decided Vail would be her forever home. Krystyl walked through the doors of Revolution Power Yoga in early 2013 having never tried yoga before. Immediately, she fell in love with the practice and the community at RPY and decided to revolve her life around yoga. That following month, she became an ambassador and an assistant. In March 2014, Krystyl ventured to Kenya for her 200 hour teacher training with Africa Yoga Project and soon after, went straight to Baptiste's Level 1 and eventually Level 2. Krystyl is the Manager at Revolution Power Yoga and loves to geek out on all things yoga - assisting in-house programs, workshops, teacher trainings, community yoga events, and attending any and all continuing education programs whenever possible. Krystyl has experience dealing with injuries and modifications and loves to share her knowledge in classes and in privates to help yogis get back on their mats post injury! When out of the studio, you’ll find her backpacking, skiing, hiking and spending time with her husband, Tim and her Newfoundland, Arlo Pepperoni Longbottom!

Julie Kiddoo

Julie lives in Eagle-Vail, (Avon) Colorado with her husband, Tom, and their two children, Charlie and Catie, and their Golden Retriever, Nala.  Julie is the owner Revolution Power Yoga, a Baptiste Affiliate studio.  She is a 500 hour certified Baptiste Yoga teacher and a LifeForce Yoga Level 1 practitioner. Julie loves being on her yoga mat, spending time in nature, road trips with her family and having fun with friends and family.
After her first Baptiste Yoga class in 2007, Julie felt something different. She was touched, moved and inspired in a way that she had never been before. Through experiences on her mat, Julie learned that ultimately she was the only one who had the power to change her life.  Julie’s intention for her students is to inspire and empower so that they expand the boundaries of what they think is possible for themselves on and off their mat.

Tom Kiddoo

Tom Kiddoo moved to the Vail Valley right out of college in 1992. It wasn't until 20 years later that he found yoga and began his regular practice at Revolution Power Yoga. Within 6 months Tom had signed up for his first teacher training. The rest is history. When Tom is not at Revolution Power Yoga, you might catch a glimpse of him skiing powder in the back bowls with his kids!

Jenny Harrison

Jenny completed Revolution Power Yoga's 200 hour teacher training in 2015 and Level 1 Baptiste training in 2016. She has lived in the Valley for 20 years and has been practicing Baptiste yoga for 11 years. When she's not on her mat she enjoys being outside with her husband and daughter, snowboarding, gardening, surfing, listening to music and anything French. She came to yoga to try something new not realizing it would completely transform her life. She continued to come back for the enjoyment of the practice and the changes she noticed off of her mat. Challenging yourself on your mat can help you to grow on and off your mat. Yoga has helped her create a more joyful and authentic way of being. It has also helped her access the present moment and new space for possibilities. She became a yoga teacher to share her love and lessons of yoga with others and to create more meaningful connections. Jenny teaches a fun and challenging flow steeped in the Baptiste methodology which is accessible for everyone. Jenny has an uplifting energy for an inspirational class.

Rachel Nelson

Rachel was born and raised in Vail, a true native.

She enjoys having her family close by and spends much of her free time playing outdoors with her husband Jay and their two dogs, cooking, mtn. Biking, camping, gardening, or snowboarding!

Emily Selonick

Emily started practicing yoga in 2011 to deal with chronic aches and pains from skiing and running. After coming to Revolution power yoga for the first time in spring 2012, she knew she had found her home. The Baptiste flow was a perfect match for her active and athletic lifestyle. The physical and mental strength she gains from this style of yoga helps in her every day job as a Ski Patroller on Vail. Emily did her first teacher training at Revolution Power Yoga in Spring 2013 with Rachel Nelson. Since then she has completed another 200 hour training with Baptiste Power Yoga Institute, and is a Certified Baptiste Teacher. Her love of the outdoors and being active translates to her teaching style. Emily's classes are playful and powerful, designed to strengthen and uplift her students. When not teaching or practicing yoga, she enjoys hiking, biking, running, and skiing in the mountains with her mini Australian Shepherd.

Andrea Throne

Andrea came to yoga three years ago with the desire to make some shifts in her life but not quite knowing how to do it. She soon found Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga and immediately felt at home with the practice. As her body got stronger, so did her mind. She found ways to make the shifts that she needed. Along with those shifts came a new positive outlook. Being an Education Major and a Snowboard Instructor, she found it natural to want to train with Baron and spread the love of her practice outward to her community.

Lisa Schuppler

Lisa has been in the Vail Valley since 2005, which is also when she first found yoga out of a need to find peace and self care. She enjoys many activities from skiing, hiking to mountain biking and was finally inspired to go deeper in her life and do a 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2016 because of the love and community she experienced at Revolution. Lisa experienced a transformation that allowed her to see that who she was at her core was perfect, loving and powerful. She is committed to connecting with and empowering others to find and believe in their true authentic self as well.
Vinyasa Power Yoga is a fluid, powerful, style of yoga that links movement and breath together and is based on intuition rather than tradition. Vinyasa Power Yoga heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance, and intention.
