Holly Beavers

Holly has come in and out of yoga since the early 2000's and has truly landed at a second home in Revolution Power Yoga. Athletics has always been a large part of her life, from running cross country and track in her younger years, rowing college crew, and growing up skiing here for vacations with family which eventually brought her to moving to this beautiful state from Chicago. Holly attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and in 2010 moved to Eagle-Vail with her amazing husband, Ryan, with their two dogs Sadie & Luna and a ferocious cat named Monster. She completed her second 200-hour teacher training with Revolution and is also a SUP YOLI teacher and Master Reiki Practitioner. Revolution Power Yoga has become an inspiration for Holly and it is clear she wants to inspire, heal, and help people be open to their biggest and best selves on and off their mat. She loves snowboarding, hiking, cooking, reading and getting creative! She recently started her own business, Energy Exchange, that focuses on yoga, reiki, writing, and life coaching through light, love, and energy.

Julie Kiddoo

Julie lives in Eagle-Vail, (Avon) Colorado with her husband, Tom, and their two children, Charlie and Catie, and their Golden Retriever, Nala.  Julie is the owner Revolution Power Yoga, a Baptiste Affiliate studio.  She is a 500 hour certified Baptiste Yoga teacher and a LifeForce Yoga Level 1 practitioner. Julie loves being on her yoga mat, spending time in nature, road trips with her family and having fun with friends and family.
After her first Baptiste Yoga class in 2007, Julie felt something different. She was touched, moved and inspired in a way that she had never been before. Through experiences on her mat, Julie learned that ultimately she was the only one who had the power to change her life.  Julie’s intention for her students is to inspire and empower so that they expand the boundaries of what they think is possible for themselves on and off their mat.

Emily Selonick

Emily started practicing yoga in 2011 to deal with chronic aches and pains from skiing and running. After coming to Revolution power yoga for the first time in spring 2012, she knew she had found her home. The Baptiste flow was a perfect match for her active and athletic lifestyle. The physical and mental strength she gains from this style of yoga helps in her every day job as a Ski Patroller on Vail. Emily did her first teacher training at Revolution Power Yoga in Spring 2013 with Rachel Nelson. Since then she has completed another 200 hour training with Baptiste Power Yoga Institute, and is a Certified Baptiste Teacher. Her love of the outdoors and being active translates to her teaching style. Emily's classes are playful and powerful, designed to strengthen and uplift her students. When not teaching or practicing yoga, she enjoys hiking, biking, running, and skiing in the mountains with her mini Australian Shepherd.

Cheryl Goldberg

For the last 20 plus years Cheryl Goldberg has loved her work as a massage therapist. Cheryl combines her knowledge of the human body along with her many years practicing yoga to create an inspiring yoga class. As a power vinyasa yoga teacher, Cheryl assists her students to reach their full potential and to know their self worth through yoga. Cheryl shares her life experiences to create a space where her students feel accepted and open to freely express themselves.
Cheryl is a Native Coloradan who enjoys spending time outside with her husband and two teenage sons skiing, hiking, biking and watching their sons play high school sports.

Ashley Roach

Ashley is a passionate student and teacher, known to bring a fiery energy to her classes while keeping students grounded with clear physical cues. As a former research scientist and former competitive distance runner she brings a love and appreciation of human physiology to both her studentship and teaching. She is passionate about interweaving yoga and all life experiences into mutually beneficial exploration of body, mind and soul. She finds energy and inspiration by creatively adapting and sharing Baptiste Yoga with: athletes, individuals recovering from injury, beginner yogis, yoga teachers, personal training clients and anyone and everyone she meets. Ashley is a 500hr Certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher, has a M.S. in Kinesiology & Applied Physiology, is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and completed Thai Yoga Massage 1 Training with the Lotus Palm School. She loves being a Mama, outdoor time with family, homemade chocolate chip cookies and running up mountains.
This class is an alignment based vinyasa class. The pace will be slower than our power and flow classes so we can focus on alignment and posture. This class is great for anyone working with injuries, or just wanting to brush up on the foundations of our practice.
