JerriLu Atkins

JerriLu discovered her passion for yoga when she moved to Boulder in 1998. While there she practiced yoga in a variety of disciplines including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, Bikram, and Power Vinyasa. She completed a 200 hour teacher training at Core Power Yoga in 2011. After moving to Vail in 2012 JerriLu joined the RPY community and in 2015 completed Advanced Art of Assisting and the 200 hour Baptiste Teacher Training.  As a family practice physician JerriLu is constantly intrigued by the interrelationship of mind, body, and spirit, as they relate to health, wellness and disease. She is fascinated and in awe at the infinite power of the yoga practice to impact these axes in positive ways. She loves putting her personal yoga knowledge and experience to work in her medical practice by empowering patients to take ownership of their health, and by guiding them with compassion through illness or injury.  When she’s not on her mat or at work JerriLu likes to be outside running, hiking, biking or skiing with her husband Dale. They have two beautiful grown kids who she hopes you get to meet some day!

Rachel Nelson

Rachel was born and raised in Vail, a true native.
Rachel’s boundless energy and enthusiasm are rooted in her passions: throughout her career as a professional snowboarder, as she has traveled around the world, and while she has committed to the art and practice of teaching yoga, she’s relied on her natural magnetism, positivity and compassion to guide her journey. She contributes as a driver and thought leader for countless initiatives that benefit and bring joy to the community.
Teaching yoga since 2005 and practicing since the mid 90’s, Rachel is a 500hr Certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga teacher and Baptiste Faculty member. She travels with Baron Baptiste to assist and lead trainings for the Baptiste Institute. She also holds a 500hr E-RYT, and is a Level 1 & 2 certified igolu coach. Her yoga classes are powerful, playful, challenging, open-hearted, and will leave you with a deeper sense of purpose and authenticity.
Some of her immediate and long-term goals include starting a family, building her coaching & consulting company Roots to Wings Coaching, and creating a vibrant global retreat program.
She enjoys having her family close by and spends much of her free time playing outdoors with her husband Jay and their two dogs, cooking, mtn. Biking, camping, gardening, or snowboarding!

Bree DiBernardo

Originally from South Florida, Bree came to the mountains right after college, to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. Eager to continue her yoga practice in her new state, she stumbled upon Revolution Power Yoga. Initially coming to the studio for the yoga, she ended up staying for the community. After two short weeks, and a great deal of inspiration gained from the teachers at Revolution Power Yoga, the decision was an easy one when it came to signing up for the 200 HR teacher training. When Bree is not practicing yoga, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking Colorado's 14er's, taking painting classes, traveling, and relaxing on the beach whenever she is back in her home town. You can find Bree in the studio leading a fun, upbeat flow!

Cheryl Goldberg

For the last 20 plus years Cheryl Goldberg has loved her work as a massage therapist. Cheryl combines her knowledge of the human body along with her many years practicing yoga to create an inspiring yoga class. As a power vinyasa yoga teacher, Cheryl assists her students to reach their full potential and to know their self worth through yoga. Cheryl shares her life experiences to create a space where her students feel accepted and open to freely express themselves.
Cheryl is a Native Coloradan who enjoys spending time outside with her husband and two teenage sons skiing, hiking, biking and watching their sons play high school sports.

Holly Beavers

Holly has come in and out of yoga since the early 2000's and has truly landed at a second home in Revolution Power Yoga. Athletics has always been a large part of her life, from running cross country and track in her younger years, rowing college crew, and growing up skiing here for vacations with family which eventually brought her to moving to this beautiful state from Chicago. Holly attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and in 2010 moved to Eagle-Vail with her amazing husband, Ryan, with their two dogs Sadie & Luna and a ferocious cat named Monster. She completed her second 200-hour teacher training with Revolution and is also a SUP YOLI teacher and Master Reiki Practitioner. Revolution Power Yoga has become an inspiration for Holly and it is clear she wants to inspire, heal, and help people be open to their biggest and best selves on and off their mat. She loves snowboarding, hiking, cooking, reading and getting creative! She recently started her own business, Energy Exchange, that focuses on yoga, reiki, writing, and life coaching through light, love, and energy.
This class is the same as the power class with the addition of a fun playlist!
