Dawn’s yoga journey started in 2000 to help compliment and strengthen her other outdoor pursuits. She has always understood the power of yoga to both ground and inspire her. In 2017 she returned to a more consistent yoga practice in order to create more mindfulness and spiritual health in her life. Dawn found that the combination in Baptiste Yoga of physical practice, meditation and active self inquiry has truly challenged and inspired her. She has a love of anatomy from both her education and career, and is enthralled by the connection of mind and body. She is inspired to share yoga through teaching and hopes to empower others to allow their own inner light to shine.
In 2018 Dawn completed Baptiste Level One training and followed that up by completing her yoga teacher training at Revolution Power Yoga. She is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher with an emphasis in Baptiste methodology. When not practicing yoga she can be found outside biking, hiking and skiing or enjoying her love of animals, baking and gardening.
Nicole joined Revolution Power Yoga in 2016 for their 40 days program. She fell in love with the community, the yoga, and breaking a sweat on her mat. Shortly after completing 40 days, she became a front desk ambassador. She found yoga to be a great way to combat the stiffness from sitting at a desk all day at her job as a Certified Financial Planner™. During her time here, she watched others go through the teacher training and was drawn to the program after seeing the transformation in those who completed it. Nicole graduated from Revolution Power Yoga’s teacher training May 2018 as a 200 hour certified yoga teacher steeped in Baptiste methodology. As a new teacher, she hopes to elevate and inspire others to reach new peaks of possibilities in her classes. In her free time, she loves trail running, camping with her husband and their 2 dogs, participating in Fury Fitness classes, and teaching TRX and indoor cycling.
