Big, Bold Backbends: An All-Levels Backbending Workshop

Join Laura Rust for an asana-based workshop designed to take your backbends and your life to the next level of bigness and boldness. You will gain concrete tools to empower you to go beyond your usual limits, and have the opportunity to practice using these tools in a supportive environment. This workshop is open to students of all levels and we will work up to peak poses ranging from wheel to drop backs to handstand scorpion, depending on the level of the practitioner. You will open your body up in a whole new way and you will definitely play at your edge!
Meditation Made Simple

A workshop to address all the misconceptions of meditation, help you figure out what meditation is, help you find your seat, and empower you to create a meditation practice. You will leave this workshop with the knowledge and tools to be inspired to create a daily practice. Come dressed in comfortable clothes, bring props and be ready to embark on a new journey to ease and understanding.

Combining Reiki and Restorative Yoga along with the deepening experience of healing and relaxation essential oils will allow for deep stillness to be found, as well as a transformative experience for the whole body. Jenny will teach while Holly uses Reiki on each student around the room. Reiki is placing hands on or around the body that awakens energy to create wholehearted wellness. It can be used for mental and physical sensations going on in your mind, body, and soul and is used for creating wellness, healing, and positive energy.

FALL FOUNDATIONS OF YOGA - FOUR WEEK WORKSHOP WITH RPY TEACHER JERRILU ATKINS M.D. Open to all levels. For beginners this will be a perfect introduction to the basic poses practiced in power vinyasa flow yoga. For experienced yogis this will be a great opportunity to refine and strengthen your practice, ask questions, and work on places where you may be stuck!
Each class will involve breaking down and workshopping key poses followed by a 45-60 minute practice where we will put the work to work on your mat.
