Lisa Schuppler

Lisa has been in the Vail Valley since 2005, which is also when she first found yoga out of a need to find peace and self care. She enjoys many activities from skiing, hiking to mountain biking and was finally inspired to go deeper in her life and do a 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2016 because of the love and community she experienced at Revolution. Lisa experienced a transformation that allowed her to see that who she was at her core was perfect, loving and powerful. She is committed to connecting with and empowering others to find and believe in their true authentic self as well.
