Meg, originally from Upstate New York, began practicing yoga while completing her B.A. in English in 2010. She received a flyer for a free yoga class and thought it would be a good way to stay in shape and manage the stress of college. Meg fell in love with yoga as a way to physically express herself with grace and strength. After an eight month breach in her practice, Meg rediscovered yoga right after she first moved to Vail, Colorado in 2015. She began practicing at Revolution Power Yoga and found her yoga home with Baptiste Power Yoga.
Meg taught her first yoga class in 2013 to a group of over 75 elementary students in Thailand. However, Meg did not start pursuing yoga as a career and lifestyle until 2016. After completing her first 40 days, Meg almost immediately signed up for Baptiste’s Level One training, which she completed in June 2016. Meg completed her 200hr Expand Your Power yoga teacher training with The Baptiste Institute in May 2017. She has also completed teacher development trainings at both Container Collective Yoga and Revolution Power Yoga along with two assistant training weekends.
After suffering from several sports injuries and using yoga as a main facet to recovery, Meg enjoys teaching classes for every body that welcome modifications while empowering her students to discover their own inner power and new strengths.Meg likes her students to leave her classes feeling strong with a heightened sense of love and acceptance for themselves and the world around.
Meg is a lover of the outdoors and outside of yoga, you can find her either reading or writing poetry, hiking, camping, or exploring her new home of Golden, Colorado.

Align and Flow
This class is an alignment based vinyasa class. The pace will be slower than our power and flow classes so we can focus on alignment and posture. This class is great for anyone working with injuries, or just wanting to brush up on the foundations of our practice.
An invigorating and ever-evolving class that will expand your knowledge of yoga postures and how your body moves. This all-levels class has inventive and thoughtful sequences of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, and inversions guided by a steady breath to tone and calm the mind.
