Dawn Vogeler

Dawn is originally from New York and after graduating from the University of Miami with a degree in Health Science and minor in Exercise Physiology, she moved to Colorado for it’s incredible mountains. She has been in the Vail Valley since 1996 and currently works as a critical care paramedic with Eagle County Paramedic Services. Dawn is a former member of the U.S. Olympic Development Rowing team and the U.S. Women’s Whitewater Raft Team.

Dawn’s yoga journey started in 2000 to help compliment and strengthen her other outdoor pursuits. She has always understood the power of yoga to both ground and inspire her. In 2017 she returned to a more consistent yoga practice in order to create more mindfulness and spiritual health in her life. Dawn found that the combination in Baptiste Yoga of physical practice, meditation and active self inquiry has truly challenged and inspired her. She has a love of anatomy from both her education and career, and is enthralled by the connection of mind and body. She is inspired to share yoga through teaching and hopes to empower others to allow their own inner light to shine.

In 2018 Dawn completed Baptiste Level One training and followed that up by completing her yoga teacher training at Revolution Power Yoga. She is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher with an emphasis in Baptiste methodology. When not practicing yoga she can be found outside biking, hiking and skiing or enjoying her love of animals, baking and gardening.

Dawn Vogeler instructs the following:
