SPECIAL THREE-DAY EVENT
Join us for an in-depth, three-day training on how yoga can be used to overcome disordered eating and negative body image. Led by Chelsea Roff, founder of Eat Breathe Thrive and an eating disorder survivor herself, this training features practical yoga-based tools for overcoming food and body image issues on all ends of the spectrum. Yoga teachers and mental health practitioners will come away with knowledge, skills and practices for supporting their clients. Those who struggle with disordered eating will learn how to use yoga in their recovery.
