Deepen Your Practice

Private yoga is a great way to enhance and deepen your practice whether you are brand new or a seasoned practitioner. It is also a great option to learn variations of poses if you are injured.

In a private session you are given individualized attention to tailor your yoga practice to suit your needs and ask questions. Private sessions are a great opportunity to learn alignment and modifications for your body. The one-on-one attention will give you a chance to practice exactly what you need and want.

I decided to do a private after just starting my yoga practice at Revolution Power Yoga. I was hoping to get a better understanding of many of the poses and movement. Julie was great, she made sure I was correctly aligned & could understand the way each pose was suppose to feel. The private was just what I needed to deepen my practice and really feel comfortable in the classroom.

Over summer break I decided to have my two daughters, eight and eleven years old, begin a yoga practice. Holly Beavers made it fun and challenging for each of my daughter’s age and ability. My eight year old liked creating and learning different animal poses and my eleven year old loved being in the flow with a more traditional class structure. Holly is very adaptable to different learning styles. Both girls had a great time and I believe this experience set them up for a lifetime yoga practice!
