The Program
Deepen your practice and knowledge through this 3 month, 200 hour Yoga Intensive and Teacher Training led by Araglin McBreen and Heather Blackmon. This program will offer a wholistic curriculum covering the history, philosophy, sequencing, cueing, breathwork, anatomy, and biomechanics of yoga.
Students can expect personalized attention and training with Araglin & Heather to hone their voice and style as a teacher. Students will graduate with the skill, knowledge, and confidence to lead vinyasa yoga classes.
The program will run September through November, 2026 and includes a 6 day retreat October 6 – 11 in Crestone, CO.
Schedule & Curriculum to include:
History, Philosophy, Decolonization, and Lineages of Yoga ~ 30 Hours
Anatomy, Physiology, and Biomechanics of Yoga ~ 30 Hours
Sequencing, Cueing, Asana, and Pranayama ~ 80 Hours
Voice, Presence, and Soft Skills ~ 10 Hours
Individual Practice, Peer/Group Teaching, Reading Assignments, Journaling & Reflection ~ 50 Hours
Your Program Leaders
Araglin McBreen ~ An avid yogini, snowboarder, and hiker, Araglin delights in all types of movement. As a teacher she combines her knowledge of philosophy, anatomy, and physiology to create dynamic vinyasa practice to engage the spirit, mind, and body. She began teaching in 2020 and has since taught over 1000 studio classes as well as workshops, 200 Hr YTT, and several retreats. Araglin’s teaching style reflects the various lineages, history, and philosophies of yoga that she has studied. In all that she does, she aims to spread the ultimate truth found in the Bhagavad Gītā – that you are supremely loved.

Heather Blackmon ~ Heather Blackmon is a 500+ hour yoga teacher and movement coach with over 15 years of experience helping active people build strength, mobility, and consistency in their practice. With a background in endurance coaching, personal training, mountain biking, and snowboarding, she brings a grounded, practical approach to yoga that emphasizes understanding the body and integrating yoga into real life. Heather has been practicing yoga since 2013 and teaching since 2021, with training in Vinyasa, Yin, Rocket, and Sound Healing, including a 200hr at Moksha Yoga Amazonica in Peru and a 300hr with Authentic Movements. Her teaching is rooted in personal practice, respect for tradition, and yoga as a lifelong path of awareness and growth.

MEETING SCHEDULE
Training will occur September – November on days listed below:
Fridays • 5:30–9:30 pm
Saturdays • 7–8:30 am and 10:45 am–4 pm
The training will include a 6 day retreat, Tuesday October 6 – Sunday, October 11 in Crestone, CO.
