What is Yoga?
We teach vinyasa which is a energetic form of yoga that flows from one pose to the next while connecting your breath to your movements. This type of yoga is taught in a heated studio (unless otherwise noted) which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness.
What if I’ve never done yoga before?
Revolution Power yoga is for everybody. This practice meets you exactly where you are right now. Whether you have never taken a yoga class or if you have been practicing yoga for years, this practice will challenge and empower you right where you are. Modifications and adaptations are available for all levels regardless of experience.
What should I bring with me to class?
Suggestions:
Comfortable clothing that you can easily move in
Yoga mat if you have one, otherwise we rent them for $5
Water bottle
Yogitoes or large sweat towel for your mat
